Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end product features across backend, frontend, and mobile.
- Develop APIs, integrations, and data pipelines connecting clinical, manufacturing, and back-office systems.
- Help move AI features from prototype to reliable production.
- Own features from understanding the problem through operating them in production.
- Collaborate with product, design, customers, engineering, and AI teams to solve real user problems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience shipping production software or an exceptional track record of building products people use.
- Strong backend or full-stack development fundamentals.
- Experience with modern cloud tooling and putting AI into production.
- Product-minded approach focused on user impact.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and willingness to challenge assumptions.
