Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build account-level PLG signals by mapping users and workspaces to accounts and defining activation, expansion, and intent signals for enterprise sales scoring and routing.
- Own and ship in-product paths that convert self-serve users to sales, including contact-sales entry points, high-intent upsells, and meeting booking across web and app.
- Lead experiments on sales-assist surfaces and targeting from hypothesis and instrumentation through analysis and rollout.
- Build internal tools and automation used by Growth and GTM teams.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Systems, Data Science, Marketing, and Product to turn product signals into pipeline.
- Work upstream with sales systems teams that own Salesforce, CPQ, and routing.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience as a growth, GTM, data, or full-stack engineer shipping production code with TypeScript/React and Python.
- Have strong SQL skills and experience building data models in a warehouse such as Snowflake using dbt-style practices.
- Have experience instrumenting product events and running A/B experiments end to end.
- Demonstrate commercial instinct by working from revenue problems to the signals or product surfaces that address them.
- Be comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party GTM tools.
- Have an operator mindset, including direct customer interaction and independently shipping fixes.
- Preferred: experience with PLG-to-enterprise motions, product-qualified leads, account scoring, sales-assist flows, entity resolution, deduplication, or domain enrichment.
- Preferred: experience as a GTM or growth engineer at a B2B SaaS or GTM-tooling company.
- Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce, Default, Chili Piper, Intercom, Clay, Hightouch, or Polytomic as a consumer and integrator.
- Preferred: experience building LLM-powered internal tools or agents.
