Base Salary
$165k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship landing pages, signup and onboarding flows, and marketplace growth surfaces for organizations and experts.
- Run experiments end to end, including test setup, implementation, measurement, and iteration.
- Build and improve experimentation and feature-flagging infrastructure.
- Instrument and visualize funnels to identify drop-off points and user behavior.
- Build internal tooling and automations that accelerate growth and marketing work.
- Use AI coding tools to prototype and ship quickly while maintaining quality.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and design and use data to prioritize growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience and comfort working across the stack.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or funnel instrumentation, or a strong willingness to learn it.
- Comfort with SQL and product analytics for diagnosing funnel performance.
- Ability to work independently, move quickly, investigate failed experiments, and pursue opportunities through completion.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and design.
- Willingness to use AI coding tools to improve development speed without sacrificing quality.
- Preferred experience includes Statsig or similar experimentation platforms, lifecycle messaging, iOS or Android development, marketplace growth, SEO, Core Web Vitals, CMS-driven marketing sites, internal tools, sales and marketing automations, and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
