Base Salary
$130k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain enrollment flows, paywalls, subscription management, reactivation experiences, and marketing integrations across web and mobile platforms.
- Contribute to frontend, backend, and mobile codebases as needed.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments, ship features, and iterate based on results.
- Instrument features, debug production issues, and analyze user behavior using analytics and observability tools.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, and planning while applying software engineering judgment, testing, and appropriate guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience shipping and maintaining production products.
- Full-stack experience with modern frontend frameworks and familiarity with backend technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
- Ability to contribute across frontend, backend, or mobile codebases.
- Experience with modern web tooling, bundlers, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
- Experience with analytics and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, PostHog, SigNoz, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- React Native or mobile app development experience is preferred.
- Subscription or payment systems, e-commerce flows, A/B testing, experimentation platforms, marketing technology integrations, AWS infrastructure, and Terraform/HCL experience are preferred.
