Base Salary
$130k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain enrollment flows, paywalls, subscription management, reactivation experiences, and marketing integrations across web and mobile platforms.
- Contribute to frontend, backend, and mobile codebases as needed using full-stack software engineering skills.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments, ship features, and iterate based on results.
- Instrument features, debug production issues, and understand user behavior using analytics and observability tools.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, and planning while applying software engineering judgment, testing, and appropriate guardrails.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and maintaining production products.
- Full-stack experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript, plus familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js and GraphQL.
- Ability to contribute across frontend, backend, or mobile codebases and experience with modern web tooling.
- Experience with analytics and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, PostHog, SigNoz, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred: React Native or mobile app development experience, subscription or payment systems experience, A/B testing and experimentation experience, marketing technology integration experience such as Braze, and familiarity with AWS and Terraform/HCL.
