Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize front-end components across new and existing web pages.
- Configure and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve digital experiences and conversion performance.
- Implement front-end updates in Optimizely, including layout changes, information hierarchy, redirects, and post-test enhancements.
- Partner with UX and Development teams to turn designs and optimization opportunities into working digital experiences.
- Support SEO and CRO initiatives, including page-speed and performance improvements.
- Analyze website behavior and testing results to identify opportunities and develop new hypotheses.
- Collaborate with Media and Paid teams on campaign and acquisition pages.
- Translate testing and performance data into clear insights and recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in front-end development, UX development, experimentation, CRO, or related digital disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with Optimizely and UX experimentation or testing.
- Experience with VWO or similar A/B testing platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, page performance, and UX best practices.
- Experience building and testing across multiple web pages, templates, or digital channels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
- Experience with FullStory for behavioral analysis and monitoring is a plus.
