Responsibilities
- Deliver and provide ongoing support for software projects from end to end.
- Contribute to the design of new features for web and mobile web applications.
- Review peers’ code and advocate for standard engineering methodologies.
- Facilitate engineering discussions and mentor junior engineers.
- Design, deliver, debug, and maintain frontend user interfaces and related backend software systems.
- Raise standards for systems design, testing, code quality, and maintainability across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience or relevant transferable skills.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, ES6, React, and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Experience with multiple modern technologies for frontend interfaces and backend software systems.
- Recognition as a technical leader with impact beyond the immediate team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Must be authorized to work in Mexico.
