Responsibilities
- Own product features from discovery and hypothesis formation through implementation, production release, and iteration.
- Run rapid experiments and build lightweight prototypes to validate product ideas.
- Engage customers, partners, and Sales to identify needs and pain points.
- Design tracking and use product metrics to guide product decisions and improvements.
- Build across the stack and make architecture choices balancing rapid learning with long-term scalability.
- Independently own initiatives and move them forward.
Requirements
- At least three years of product engineering experience delivering features end to end.
- Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Experience owning software from architecture and implementation through production release.
- Hands-on startup experience and a strong customer-focused product mindset.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above and fluent English.
- Experience integrating large language models or building AI-powered features is advantageous.
- Comfort using data and metrics to make product decisions.
Benefits
- Annual base salary of €80,000 to €120,000 plus equity.
- Remote work within Germany with overlap in Central European Time.
