Responsibilities
- Maintain agent harnesses, tooling, and information sources for solving enterprise problems.
- Scale agent infrastructure to support millions of users.
- Define user experiences for completing enterprise work with agents.
- Evaluate performance, optimize models, and ensure agent reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Own full-stack software development and the software development lifecycle with operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of software development experience.
- Curiosity about the latest AI industry trends.
- Preferred experience with agent harnesses and tooling, evaluating and optimizing agents, and scaling multi-tenant software systems.
- Track record of prioritizing and shipping impactful features for customers.
- Ability to build user experiences for technical and non-technical users.
