Base Salary
$145k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents for defense and intelligence use cases.
- Improve agent experiences through evaluations, memory, tool and skill design, context management, and fine-tuning.
- Build interfaces that allow users to direct agents, monitor progress, inspect evidence, review actions, and refine results.
- Collaborate with users, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to improve workflows and product experiences.
- Own features from early experimentation through production deployment.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability using performance analysis and high-scale data.
Requirements
- Experience coding in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Strong software engineering skills and experience delivering production applications.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a similar field.
- Experience building applications with LLMs, including tool design, context management, agent workflows, or evaluation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate, iterate quickly, and incorporate feedback.
- Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US security clearance.
