Base Salary
$140k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build an orchestration engine for running multiple coding agents in parallel and maintaining long-running tasks across sessions.
- Support deployments on customer infrastructure, bare-metal fleets, cloud providers, and managed compute.
- Support different coding agents and models, including bring-your-own subscriptions and open-source models.
- Develop desktop, web, and mobile interfaces and integrations with team communication and project management tools.
- Build shared environments, secrets, skills, MCP server, spend-control, and usage-visibility capabilities.
- Work with early customers to understand needs and incorporate feedback into the product.
Requirements
- Experience with developer tools or coding-agent orchestration.
- Daily hands-on use of current coding-agent tools, including running several agents in parallel.
- Strong background building or operating cloud and compute infrastructure across varied environments.
- About two years of software engineering experience; new graduates are welcome.
- Open-source contributions to coding agents or developer tools are a plus.
Benefits
- Base salary of $140,000 to $240,000 annually plus founding equity.
