Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain infrastructure enabling agents to execute tasks reliably across dozens of iterations.
- Design and implement memory systems that retain months of client context from messy operational data.
- Develop evaluation harnesses used for production deployment decisions.
- Build, measure, break, fix, and improve agent systems using production feedback.
- Ship agent systems to real customers and iterate based on live feedback.
- Contribute to infrastructure, orchestration, customer collaboration, and early hiring.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience shipping LLM agents that ran unattended in production for real users.
- Proven experience building evaluation harnesses used to make production shipping decisions.
- Strong Python proficiency applied to production systems.
- Experience with agent memory management, context retrieval, and orchestration on real operational data.
- Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks, workflow management, or infrastructure tooling.
- Experience implementing failure recovery, retry logic, or reliability patterns in production agent systems.
- Open-source agent tooling contributions, human-in-the-loop or approval workflow experience, or a founded or led technical project are bonuses.
- Ability to work with exceptional intensity and own work beyond a narrow specialty in an early-stage company.
