Base Salary
$180k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade AI agents for federal and state government institutions.
- Partner with industry leadership to develop the public-sector team’s capture motion, market strategy, and scalable product components.
- Work directly with public-sector institutions and public servants to understand workflows, urgent needs, and opportunities for impact.
- Prototype tools and features, surface unmet customer needs, and guide the evolution of Sierra’s core platform.
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams on the future of AI-agent development.
Requirements
- Full-stack software development skills and familiarity with AI development processes.
- Passion for public-sector work and belief in the potential of government institutions to improve constituent outcomes.
- Comfort working directly with customers and public servants to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
