Base Salary
$180k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of the engineering productivity system.
- Conduct productivity needs analysis and architecture design for feature teams.
- Design and develop scalable infrastructure services based on a microservice framework.
- Define and drive the AI-powered developer productivity strategy.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve productivity bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Familiar with common design patterns and large-scale distributed systems.
- Mastery of server technologies for optimizing service response and quality.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Kotlin, Rust, or Node.js.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure management tools.
- Strong system design skills with the ability to define technological strategy.
