Base Salary
$150k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the Databricks-Azure product-to-cloud technical roadmap and serve as the primary interface between Databricks Product Management and Azure partner teams.
- Track cross-company dependencies and blockers, manage joint milestones, and maintain coordination and escalation rhythms.
- Drive technical integration initiatives between Databricks and Azure product teams from scoping through delivery.
- Create technical architecture artifacts, integration diagrams, and reference implementations for Azure and Databricks solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to field teams, Solution Architects, and Customer Success on Azure-Databricks integration patterns.
- Translate technical requirements and coordinate initiatives across Product Management, Engineering, Azure partner teams, and field organizations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture, partner engineering, or technical program management.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services and architecture patterns.
- Proven experience managing strategic technical partnerships at VP/C-level and driving consensus across organizations.
- Hands-on ability to prototype integrations, debug complex issues, and validate technical feasibility.
- Experience with Python, SQL, infrastructure-as-code, and API integration patterns.
- Deep knowledge of the Databricks platform and Microsoft data and AI ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and influence skills across Product Management, Engineering, and external partner teams.
- Preferred experience in Partner Solutions Architect or Alliance Engineering roles at AWS, Azure, GCP, or major ISVs.
- Preferred background working at or with Microsoft, including knowledge of its field organization, partner programs, and decision-making processes.
- Preferred history of driving product-to-product integrations between major platforms.
- Preferred familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
