Responsibilities
- Work within a product team using the same stand-ups, code reviews, and production access as full-time engineers.
- Build, ship, and monitor product features and tools used by engineering teams during incidents.
- Own at least one meaningful project end to end, from idea through delivery and observing user adoption.
- Contribute to AI-native features that investigate incidents, explain situations, and increasingly automate remediation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and participate in a fast-paced, feedback-oriented engineering environment.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Know a programming language such as Go, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, or JavaScript.
- Demonstrate ownership, curiosity, willingness to learn from mistakes, and enthusiasm for building and shipping software.
- Be comfortable collaborating in person, adapting to change, and working in a fast-paced environment.
