Responsibilities
- Work within a product engineering team alongside full-time engineers.
- Participate in stand-ups, code reviews, and production work.
- Own at least one meaningful project end to end, from ideation and implementation through launch and observing user adoption.
- Build and ship features, tools, and AI-native incident-management capabilities.
- Work with the company’s application, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment stack.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science or a related field.
- Know a programming language such as Go, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, or JavaScript.
- Demonstrate ownership, curiosity, collaboration, creativity, humility, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be willing to take responsibility for production work, meet hard deadlines, and learn from mistakes.
