Responsibilities

Requirements
- 4+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong experience building and shipping production systems.
- Proficiency in backend development with a language-agnostic mindset.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
- Comfort working in an AI-assisted coding workflow.
- Solid understanding of system design, performance, and reliability.
- Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-moving team.
