Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Author comprehensive technical design documents for scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Build internal CLI tools, web applications, and Python-based SDKs using Ray.
- Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Develop efficient data pipelines using modern data tooling and formats.
- Champion CI/CD best practices and deploy scalable services using containerization.
- Mentor peers and establish engineering standards within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend or data infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python for building scalable backend systems and SDKs.
- Proven experience with AWS and data warehouses like Redshift.
- Experience with DBT for data transformations and BI platforms like Looker.
- Hands-on experience with Ray for scaling Python workloads.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Ability to write clear technical design documents and lead architecture reviews.
