Responsibilities
- Partner with business and product stakeholders to understand requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and translate initiatives into technical deliverables.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, maintainable enterprise software, APIs, services, integrations, and AI solutions.
- Contribute to software development, code reviews, technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Integrate and optimize data from internal, external, SaaS, and enterprise systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, processing frameworks, and infrastructure for AI and machine learning workloads.
- Build and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and modern AI orchestration patterns.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to support data quality, availability, and AI/ML deployment.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and improve application and AI system scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Communicate technical solutions, risks, and recommendations to leadership, stakeholders, and clients.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and resolution of complex engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in full-stack software development, solution design, data engineering, and AI/ML implementation.
- Strong hands-on software engineering experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and Java, including APIs, services, and distributed systems.
- Production experience implementing and deploying generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic AI, prompt engineering, MCP, A2A, and modern AI application development patterns.
- Experience with NLP frameworks and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms and services.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, AKS, EKS, GitHub Actions, and containerized deployments.
- Experience building modern user interfaces with React, Bootstrap, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Snowflake, Databricks, modern data platforms, data integration, ETL, data quality, data discovery, metadata management, and data governance.
- Experience integrating third-party and enterprise APIs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
