Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and enhance Selenium WebDriver and Java automated test scripts for functional, regression, and cross-browser testing.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable data-driven, hybrid, and BDD test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Serenity, and Cucumber.
- Integrate test automation with TestNG or JUnit and with Jenkins, Maven, and Git workflows.
- Execute automated test cases, analyze results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports to development teams and stakeholders.
- Review user issues, resolve automation problems within framework boundaries, and provide solutions across teams.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements, ensure test coverage, and improve testing efficiency.
- Use AI to analyze, innovate, and resolve issues.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of work experience with Selenium automation testing.
- At least 2 years of work experience with the Serenity and/or Cucumber BDD framework.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must currently live in the St. Louis area or relocate before the targeted start date.
- Must have U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship.
