Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture roadmap for integrating AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Build AI-powered validations in GitHub Actions, including contextual automated code reviews, selective test execution, and technical-debt detection.
- Design and implement complex multi-agent systems using Claude Managed Agents and AWS Bedrock to autonomously resolve backlog bugs and features.
- Develop autonomous agents that manage, prioritize, document, and update tasks through Jira and GitHub APIs.
- Define and track Developer Experience and engineering-efficiency KPIs to measure the return on investment of AI initiatives.
- Promote AI-assisted coding and agent-based development practices, train engineering teams, and lead organizational change.
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of combined experience in senior software engineering, software architecture, or DevOps/platform engineering roles.
- At least one year of hands-on experience building generative AI solutions and tools.
- Strong experience designing multi-agent workflows, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous decision-making systems, such as with LangGraph, CrewAI, or native implementations.
- Advanced production experience with AWS Bedrock and the Anthropic ecosystem, including function calling, tool use, and Claude Managed Agents.
- Deep knowledge of GitHub Actions pipelines, Docker, and advanced consumption of complex APIs such as the Jira API and GitHub Graph API.
- Daily advanced use of AI-assisted code generators including Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot CLI, with the ability to train other teams.
- Preferred: experience implementing production agent evaluation and observability frameworks such as Braintrust, Langfuse, Arize, or Phoenix.
- Preferred: open-source contributions or experience implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect LLMs with systems, databases, or local environments.
