Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of scalable data architectures, pipelines, ETL processes, and data-processing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with organizational goals and technical standards.
- Provide technical guidance, support knowledge sharing, and help manage team effectiveness and decisions.
- Analyze complex data challenges and large datasets to improve data reliability, efficiency, marketing engagement, and product optimization.
- Build reporting dashboards and visualizations for campaign and program KPIs.
- Project-manage analytics tooling feature development from request intake and requirements evaluation through execution, QA testing, and stakeholder communication.
- Consult with marketers, analysts, and other partners on reporting and data needs and serve as a point of contact for requests and action items.
- Work with data engineering, product, and data science teams to implement client needs and initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience with advanced proficiency in data engineering.
- At least 7 years of experience with expert proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Advanced proficiency with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and data processing.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred: expert proficiency in Oracle Database Administration and advanced data engineering proficiency with expert data pipeline and data-processing proficiency.
