Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the Studio product.
- Lead the implementation of new features and change requests.
- Write efficient and maintainable code focusing on scalability.
- Collaborate with product owners and designers to enhance features.
- Take operational ownership of service performance and quality.
- Contribute to production incident management and debugging.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Identify technical debt and propose improvements.
- Mentor peers and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure project milestones align with business objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable systems.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud-native backend microservices using Java.
- High proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, PHP, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience with web technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong experience with observability and monitoring tools.
- Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of web security best practices.
- Ability to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
