Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement scalable, high-performing software solutions using the Pega Platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in software applications.
- Document and maintain software components for future enhancements.
- Monitor and improve software performance and reliability.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with the Pega Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within software applications.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration techniques and APIs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
