Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based enterprise and product software using Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, Angular, and React.
- Apply software design patterns, layered architectures, object-oriented design, clean coding practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Build and support microservices, service communication, API-based, file-based, and message-based integrations.
- Use Azure cloud services, Docker, Azure DevOps, and automated build, deployment, and testing pipelines.
- Write unit and functional tests using JUnit and Mockito and perform performance profiling and memory analysis.
- Follow development standards and practices including automated testing, SonarQube static analysis, and continuous integration and deployment.
- Collaborate with development teams through stand-ups and Agile-oriented delivery practices.
- Participate in the interview process, including a telephone interview, online coding test, and face-to-face interview.
Requirements
- MCA or bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Java-based software development on global or enterprise projects.
- Experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful API design, SQL, Angular, React, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, layered architectures, object-oriented design, clean coding, performance profiling, and memory analysis.
- Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Working knowledge of microservices, service communication, integration patterns, Hibernate/JPA, and transaction management.
- Familiarity with Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Maven, or Gradle.
- Experience with product development environments and understanding of product development lifecycle practices.
- Exposure to event-driven or message-based systems, Azure Service Bus, shipping/logistics workflows, or scientific data processing is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, learning mindset, and continuous improvement orientation.
