Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, enhance, and troubleshoot custom software components for banking systems and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver scalable, integrated technology solutions and contribute to key decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and help manage the team’s technical execution.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and provide solutions to complex technical problems.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with the Oracle Banking Platform.
- Proficiency in the Oracle Banking Platform and experience with banking software environments.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
