Base Salary
$123k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software for enterprise features.
- Build functionality supporting multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and the admin console.
- Help transition the application from a monolith toward a microservice architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and partner teams on authentication, authorization, insights, and managed service providers.
- Contribute to technical requirements, design and architecture documents, planning, estimation, and scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior and new team members through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and pair programming.
- Write comprehensive tests, review code, and maintain development and technical documentation.
- Participate in rotational on-call work to support uninterrupted service and resolve emergencies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Experience with a modern backend language such as Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python.
- Experience with software development best practices and coding standards.
- Ability to solve moderately complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Experience communicating and collaborating across teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Passion for testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
- Comfort working across multiple services and collaborating with other teams.
- DevOps practices, Kubernetes, infrastructure configuration, microservices, distributed systems, TypeScript, React, or experience with security, enterprise, or admin-focused products are beneficial.
