Responsibilities
- Lead client conversations and internal engineering discussions for complex automation requirements and reusable accelerators.
- Architect multi-agent orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated automation workflows.
- Design, develop, and architect RPA, AI, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions integrated with enterprise, ITSM, CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms.
- Provide technical solutions for client proofs of concept and manage automation initiatives responding to RFPs, RFIs, and delivery optimization needs.
- Plan pursuits, gather requirements, coordinate technical teams, and govern delivery against approved architecture baselines.
- Support client deployments, automation pipeline testing, and product enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of IT industry experience in technology consulting, application services, system integration, outsourcing, cloud advisory, or related engagements.
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams as a technical lead or solution architect on AI-led automation programs.
- Experience delivering or architecting AI, generative AI, and agentic AI automation solutions across application maintenance, application development, system integration, or transformation engagements.
- Ability to architect multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated automation workflows using modern architecture principles.
- Experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, RPA and AI platforms, enterprise systems, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of integration architectures, observability/AIOps architectures, and data/RAG architectures, including Dynatrace, Datadog, or ServiceNow.
- Industry exposure in financial services, retail and CPG, life sciences, aerospace/manufacturing, or managed services/AMS.
- Experience shaping or responding to RFP and RFI pursuits, including techno-functional and commercial solution aspects, is preferred.
- Cloud certification, prompt engineering, AI/ML technical certification, industry subject-matter expertise, or generative AI platform certification is preferred.
- Engineering bachelor's degree, master's degree, or diploma in management; ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, or generative AI certifications are preferable.
- Strong client communication, relationship-building, structured problem-solving, and business-technology alignment skills.
