Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of a cloud-based product from architectural design through production deployment.
- Build high-performance, testable, and scalable distributed systems using Go and Vue.
- Design and implement advanced product functionality and complex features with strong production reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable code and uphold rigorous coding standards.
- Define and influence DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Deliver production features using AI-native coding platforms, build and adapt MCPs and AI Skills, and integrate agentic AI capabilities into production systems and user experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience architecting and developing robust backend systems, including microservices and containerization technologies.
- Experience designing modern web applications and scalable APIs.
- Experience working in large-scale production environments.
- Expertise delivering production features with AI-native coding platforms such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Experience building and adapting MCPs and AI Skills and integrating agentic AI capabilities into production systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Frontend experience with ReactJS or VueJS is an advantage.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and PostgreSQL or other relational databases is an advantage.
