Responsibilities
- Diagnose problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses, and execute relevant solutions.
- Process structured and unstructured data and perform ETL activities.
- Develop data-processing code for automation and build scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain data solutions for clients and projects.
- Communicate and interact with clients at the executive level.
- Collaborate with data science, reporting, and product development teams.
- Support data throughout its lifecycle, including acquisition, exploration, cleaning, integration, analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in data engineering.
- Graduate degree or higher with coursework in programming and data analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or another scripting language.
- Required knowledge of SQL.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of big data.
- Knowledge of at least one cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Good knowledge of Git and CI-CD is preferred.
- Strong logical reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, business acumen, and English communication skills.
