Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions with a focus on technical expertise.
- Mentor and guide team members in their assignments.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in deployment processes.
- Assist in project estimation and planning for timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues using Salesforce tools and analyze debug logs.
- Stay updated on Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce solution design and development experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform features and components.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash domain.
- Experience leading a team of developers in project delivery.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
