Base Salary
$185k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive Stuut’s full stack technical vision through collaboration across teams.
- Lead complex projects from API design to user experience.
- Build end-to-end features ensuring data flow and performance.
- Design and implement backend services and responsive frontend experiences.
- Improve engineering processes and tools for productivity and reliability.
- Recruit and mentor engineering talent, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Engage with customers to solve complex workflow challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack engineering experience with a proven track record.
- Highly skilled in Python and TypeScript for backend and frontend development.
- Strong expertise in database design, API development, and system architecture.
- Proficient in modern frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular for frontend and Django, FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js for backend.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience mentoring engineers and shaping engineering cultures.
