Base Salary
$185k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive Stuut’s full-stack technical vision through collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Lead complex projects across frontend, backend, and system integrations from API design through polished user experiences.
- Build end-to-end features spanning database schemas, backend services, and production-ready user interfaces.
- Design and implement scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and responsive frontend experiences.
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to increase productivity, reliability, and velocity.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
- Work directly with customers to solve complex workflow challenges through full-stack solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience delivering products at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript for backend and frontend development.
- Expertise in database design, API development, and system architecture.
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
- Proficiency with backend frameworks and runtimes such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience engaging directly with customers to shape technical solutions.
- Experience mentoring engineers and helping shape high-performing engineering cultures.
- Ability to work effectively in an early-stage startup and build systems and processes from scratch.
