Base Salary
$126k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Review software requirements and specifications to develop testing strategies for products or releases.
- Build reusable test functions or components.
- Execute manual and automated tests across multiple systems, platforms, environments, or browsers.
- Identify, log, track, and report defects and verify fixes.
- Compile, update, maintain, and distribute test metrics and performance reports.
- Handle complex quality engineering issues with a high degree of latitude.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to subordinate or junior staff.
- Collaborate and share information with multiple Agile teams and translate customer requirements into team goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, IC, and/or private sector preferred.
- Experience with software testing applications such as Azure DevOps, OpenText UFT, or LoadRunner, with PeopleSoft or other ERP experience a plus.
- Certifications in IAT Level II and SAFe for Teams are preferred.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Current Secret clearance is required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- Projected annualized compensation range is $126,000.00 to $185,000.00 USD.
