Base Salary
$159k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and prototype new Chrome features.
- Write and review code in Chrome’s codebase.
- Create prototypes, launch user-facing features, and build tools that accelerate UX teams.
- Translate mocks and wireframes into well-structured, responsive user interfaces.
- Use problem-solving skills to identify and address user needs in ambiguous product settings.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in a feedback-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in frontend development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
- Experience developing applications in one or more areas such as web, iOS, Android, CompDes, or XR.
- Preferred: 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.
- Preferred: 6 years of experience as a frontend developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.
- Experience designing, prototyping, and delivering high-quality user-facing features from idea to launch.
- Experience with frontend development, backend integrations, and rapid UX prototyping.
