Responsibilities
- Configure, integrate, and maintain connections between the core identity provider, SaaS applications, internal systems, and APIs.
- Implement and troubleshoot automated joiner, mover, and leaver identity lifecycle workflows.
- Provide initial operational support for identity issues in the EU Sovereign Cloud, including directory synchronization and authentication failures.
- Perform regular vulnerability management updates across cloud environments.
- Administer LDAP, Ory Hydra, Active Directory, and HR-driven identity data feeds.
- Write and maintain scripts for access reporting, orphaned-account cleanup, API integration, and other identity automation tasks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and standard operating procedures for the IAM ecosystem.
- Contribute to secure design, security reviews, and least-privilege access controls.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT or security, including 2+ years administering and configuring IAM solutions.
- Experience with Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, Active Directory, and Ory Hydra.
- Practical understanding of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, with Go or Python preferred.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical access issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of information security principles, zero-standing privileges, Security by Design, and security reviews.
- Working knowledge of public cloud environments such as AWS and GCP and their security controls.
- Security+, Okta Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications are a plus.
Benefits
- Base salary range of €70,200–€105,400 EUR for the Ireland location, with potential eligibility for a bonus plan or role-specific commission/bonus and annual refresh stock grants.
- Flexible work arrangement requiring at least 50% of each quarter in the office or in the field, with remote home-office roles also able to meet in offices for important events.
