Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and maintain custom .NET full-stack software solutions across systems and applications.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, design patterns, best practices, and technology choices.
- Oversee complex projects from concept through production and drive successful product delivery.
- Set technical direction for greenfield SaaS products and make high-stakes technical decisions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Lead the team as a product owner and drive delivery of the product vision.
- Drive innovation, cloud, DevOps, AI modernization, automation, and engineering toolchain initiatives.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of .NET full-stack development experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in software development or engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages, including .NET, and strong knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with containerization and infrastructure as code using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data architecture.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, lead complex large-scale projects, and provide architectural design and technical leadership.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives and a strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, customer-focus, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
