Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, best practices, and technology choices.
- Oversee project delivery from concept through production and drive technical direction for SaaS products.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business and product goals.
- Lead product vision delivery, make high-stakes technical decisions, and drive innovation and R&D.
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based SaaS applications using full-stack technologies.
- Apply containerization, infrastructure as code, databases, security practices, and cloud/DevOps approaches.
- Translate AI, LLM, automation, and engineering-toolchain innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of .NET full-stack development experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development or engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in .NET full-stack development and proficiency with ASP.NET MVC is preferred.
- Experience with multiple programming languages, software design patterns, SaaS application development, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation for containerization and infrastructure as code.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems, data architecture, and security best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, set technical direction, and lead complex large-scale projects.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives and strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.
