Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop commercially viable end-to-end technical IT BSS solutions for customers.
- Prepare technical presentations and proposals and deliver customer presentations.
- Configure and integrate Ericsson’s Digital Monetization Platform as part of implementation teams working on-site or from the back office.
- Design and develop adapters and interfaces for Billing and EOC/ECM APIs and tools.
- Participate in business configuration according to customer service contracts.
- Investigate technical problems, troubleshoot operational DMP systems, and assist with remediation during critical situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- More than five years of experience in telecom IT BSS/OSS, including OrderCare/Catalog, Billing, Mediation, or Charging platforms.
- Experience with Ericsson Billing/BSCS or Ericsson OrderCare/Catalog Manager is preferred, with Ericsson Mediation or Charging experience also advantageous.
- Knowledge of Oracle database administration, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTTP, HTML, JSON, BPML workflows, WSDL, Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, shell scripting, Python, Groovy, Linux administration, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Experience with Velocity Studio, Eclipse, technical troubleshooting, and open-source technologies.
- Good understanding of GSM and telecom IT and familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, engage customers, deliver results, and operate in a multitasking, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
- Required European Union work permit or residency.
