Responsibilities
- Develop and train machine learning models for acquired behavior systems.
- Implement production-quality code to support model training, evaluation, and inference.
- Analyze model performance, identify failure modes, and propose improvements.
- Contribute to model training pipelines and organize behavior datasets from simulations and vehicle data.
- Collaborate with simulation, validation, and autonomy engineering teams to test and evaluate models.
- Assist in integrating acquired behavior models into simulation and testing workflows.
- Support the development of tools and infrastructure to enhance experimentation speed and iteration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, machine learning, or a related technical field with at least 4 years of experience, or a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience applying machine learning techniques such as imitation learning, reinforcement learning, or sequence modeling to robotics or autonomous systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch, with experience in production-quality code.
- Experience training and evaluating machine learning models using large datasets and adaptive computing environments.
- Understanding of machine learning architectures used in autonomous driving, such as transformers and graph neural networks.
- Experience debugging model behavior and analyzing performance metrics.
