Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable integrations for various infrastructure components.
- Create middleware components, SDKs, and libraries for observability solutions.
- Represent Grafana Labs in open source forums and events when necessary.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop features aligned with product strategy.
- Support the technical direction and vision of the team.
- Work with other departments to deliver a holistic product experience.
- Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of services.
- Contribute to open-source projects beyond your team's scope.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with at least one programming language.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider.
- Experience with cloud-based software development and production systems.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and performant software.
- Familiarity with observability tooling like Grafana and Prometheus.
- Experience driving projects from ideation to production.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
