Responsibilities
- Develop innovative software solutions that support digital transformation and improve business performance.
- Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and debug applications using Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Implement CI/CD practices and ATDD methodologies to streamline development and improve software quality.
- Manage API integrations and ensure effective communication between systems.
- Use microservices architecture to build flexible and modular applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain software reliability and coding standards.
- Participate in business process improvement initiatives and optimize application performance.
- Build client relationships, understand client needs, and support client management.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, and Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and enterprise application integration is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, client-management ability, adaptability, and composure in ambiguous situations are preferred.
