Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops to gather business requirements and define business processes.
- Develop functional designs aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
- Configure Oracle Utilities products and support integration with existing systems.
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact for clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Lead testing, go-live, and post-implementation support activities.
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Deliver high-quality functional documentation.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- The posting also describes an expected range of 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Utilities functional consulting.
- Expert-level knowledge of utilities business processes and Oracle Utilities products.
- Proven experience leading functional design and implementation for CC&B, MDM, WAM, WACS, and C2M.
- Hands-on knowledge of billing and rates and/or credit and collections.
- Strong project management, client-facing, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
