Base Salary
$118k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning, research, design, architecture, development, and testing of Atlas Labs software features.
- Write production code daily, primarily in Python and potentially in C++ or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional Scrum team including AI/ML, geospatial data, software engineering, and GIS experts.
- Work with internal and external users to ensure software product correctness, quality, and availability.
Requirements
- Meaningful employment experience working on commercial software products.
- Experience writing production code in Python, preferably with large datasets.
- Demonstrated experience or academic output in geospatial data processing, computer vision, AI and machine learning, LiDAR, or robotics/self-driving/autonomy.
- Familiarity with Linux, Docker, GitHub, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google.
- Familiarity with GIS applications such as ESRI, QGIS, and Google Earth is preferred.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Airflow, and MLflow is preferred.
- Programming experience in C++ or JavaScript is preferred.
