Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a bounded platform service or SDK component for multi-tenant use.
- Debug distributed services and drive compatibility-safe remediation plans for downstream consumers.
- Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, and optimize software features and API integrations.
- Implement API versioning, lifecycle, interoperability, resilience, scalability, monitoring, and observability strategies.
- Lead designated code reviews and contribute to development standards, secure coding, documentation, and adoption guidance.
- Investigate customer-reported issues, coordinate defect resolution, and recommend product enhancements.
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patching, automation, and reliability improvements.
- Independently manage work, prioritize deliverables, collaborate across teams, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing software, systems, or services aligned with established architecture.
- Working knowledge of software architecture, software development lifecycle practices, testing, debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot API functionality, integrations, distributed-service issues, and moderately complex software defects.
- Ability to implement secure coding practices, quality assurance, error logging, monitoring, and observability.
- Ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and mentor others.
- Ability to independently manage work, analyze issues from multiple sources, and adapt priorities to changing timelines or resources.
