Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex software issues across various system components.
- Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to designing and implementing solutions that improve system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support activities with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application support quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least six years of work experience.
- At least one year of experience with Terraform.
- At least two years of experience with microservices architecture.
- Associate degree required.
- Advanced proficiency in Splunk, Apache, Kafka, and Django preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
