Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and operate CI/CD systems across autonomy, embedded, and ground software.
- Reduce build and test cycle times, eliminate pipeline bottlenecks, and improve developer productivity at scale.
- Scale simulation test execution from containerized single-agent runs to orchestrated clusters.
- Manage build and test infrastructure, including Azure DevOps, Git, Artifactory, and cloud build agents.
- Automate common workflows to create a self-service DevOps model for developers.
- Partner with developers to resolve build and test failures and establish integration best practices.
- Integrate CI pipelines with HIL and simulation environments for automated validation.
- Implement monitoring, dashboards, and alerts for CI/CD health and performance.
- Collaborate with Developer Ops teams to introduce technologies, best practices, and shared standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field plus 7+ years of industry experience, or a master's degree/PhD plus 5+ years of experience.
- Strong expertise with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, containers, and cloud build clusters.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI pipelines.
- Demonstrated success improving developer productivity at scale.
- Track record of excellence as a primary contributor who can navigate development cycles, overcome obstacles, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain an S//SAR-level security clearance is desired.
- Preferred experience includes simulation or HIL-based test pipelines, CMake/C++, Conan or CPM, Terraform, Ansible, Grafana, Prometheus, and robotics, autonomy, or aerospace systems.
