Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain new front-end and back-end features for enterprise investment-operations products.
  • Own feature delivery with attention to quality, scalability, and performance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain E2E, API, and integration test automation, perform exploratory testing, and define feature-level test strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and engineers during analysis, refinement, development, reviews, and demos.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions, process improvements, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools.
  • Mentor and support less experienced engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET or .NET Framework, and experience with Angular.
  • Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise applications.
  • Expertise with automation frameworks, CI/CD, Microsoft Azure, and building and managing pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructures, manual testing techniques, and QA best practices.
  • Experience with Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, software architecture, design patterns, Domain-Driven Design, XP practices, and SQL-based relational databases.
  • Ability to learn APL and develop new features and debug existing functionality.
  • Proficient written and spoken English communication skills at upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire other developers.
  • Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms and a background in FinTech, capital markets, or financial products such as derivatives is preferred.
