Base Salary
$115k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop AI tools and applications for workforce use.
- Ensure the high availability, reliability, performance, and security of AI tools.
- Modify free and open-source software to support customer use cases.
- Engage with customers to elicit requirements and develop solutions.
- Maintain customer-facing infrastructure and applications to ensure reliable services.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or four additional years of experience in place of the degree.
- Three years of software development experience.
- Proficiency with Python or another object-oriented programming language.
- Knowledge of and experience using LLMs as part of a code solution workflow.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
- U.S. citizenship is required; green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible.
- Applicants selected must obtain or maintain a government security clearance.
