Responsibilities
- Architect automated testing frameworks for AI prompt adherence and guardrails across voice and text interfaces.
- Design validation strategies for the Ultimate-to-Helix migration and lead quality for transcription and intent recognition.
- Guide developers on appropriate testing levels and scope and execute integration tests.
- Contribute to the release regression testing pack and define quality metrics to measure test effectiveness.
- Target appropriate testing levels for projects at different development stages.
- Coach developers and collaborate with other quality engineers to achieve project results.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional QA automation experience.
- Experience writing and maintaining Java code in automation or development contexts.
- Experience with API testing, IT support systems testing, and event-driven architecture testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methods, techniques, types, and methodologies.
- Experience creating or actively maintaining test documentation and building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Experience with automation tools and BDD, ATDD, or TDD approaches.
- Experience implementing continuous integration processes, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban development environments.
- Experience coaching developers and working with other quality engineers.
- Confident intermediate English proficiency or higher.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues, work effectively in distributed cross-functional teams, and manage work independently.
