Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, customize, and extend SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central applications to meet business and application needs.
- Apply application design principles and configuration best practices within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Use integration techniques and tools to connect SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams on application design, alignment, and key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and mentor junior team members.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide influencing and advisory support.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of experience is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is specified in the additional information.
- Proficiency and deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central are required.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
- Experience customizing and extending SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules for complex business requirements is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations is required.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with other enterprise systems is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
