Responsibilities
- Develop cryptographic and other security libraries for reuse across applications.
- Implement modern cryptographic algorithms and emerging industry specifications in client applications.
- Create proof-of-concepts for cryptographic and security capabilities.
- Conduct code and design reviews to promote strong cryptographic hygiene and standards.
- Collaborate with security developers and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest in modern cryptographic algorithms and their real-world applications.
- Willingness to take on challenges, learn from mistakes, and complete work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Bonus: experience working with FIDO, W3C, ISO, NIST, or OIDF standards bodies.
- Bonus: experience with emerging standards and technologies such as Passkeys or Post Quantum Algorithms.
- Bonus: experience with Rust or Golang, or demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages quickly.
